Terms of Service
The short version: use Omarchy in line with Discord's own rules, don't abuse it, and understand that access to the bot can be revoked. Full terms below.

The service
Omarchy ("the bot", "we") is a Discord bot providing moderation, anti-nuke protection, leveling, tickets, and other server-management features, plus a companion web dashboard at this domain. By adding Omarchy to a server or logging into the dashboard, you agree to these terms and to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Access & whitelisting
Omarchy only operates in servers that have been authorized. If an unauthorized server adds the bot, it automatically leaves and files a request for a bot owner to review. Authorization can be permanent or time-limited (a subscription); an expired subscription causes the bot to leave that server automatically.
Acceptable use
Don't use Omarchy to violate Discord's rules, to harass or abuse members, or to circumvent another server's or Discord's own moderation. Anti-nuke and moderation features exist to protect servers — using them to grief, mass-punish members without cause, or otherwise abuse the permissions Omarchy is given is not allowed and can result in your server's whitelist being revoked.
Subscriptions
Some servers run Omarchy on a paid subscription, arranged manually through a support ticket rather than an automated checkout — there's no auto-renewing card charge. Pricing, payment methods, and renewal are handled by staff in the support server. A subscription grants continued access to the bot for the agreed period; it doesn't entitle you to a refund if your server is removed for violating these terms.
Moderation actions
Actions taken through Omarchy — bans, kicks, timeouts, warns, jails — whether run as a chat command or from the dashboard, are performed using the permissions your server granted the bot, by whoever issued the command. We log these as moderation cases so they're auditable, but we aren't a party to your server's moderation decisions and aren't responsible for how staff use these tools.
Availability
Omarchy is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We'll try to avoid breaking changes to paid features without notice, but this isn't a guarantee.
Liability
Omarchy is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the bot or dashboard — including moderation actions taken by your own staff, data loss, or service interruptions. Use administrator-level permissions in your server thoughtfully; Omarchy only does what it's told to do by whoever has access to run its commands.
Termination
We can remove Omarchy from a server or revoke dashboard access at our discretion — most commonly for an expired subscription, a whitelist that was never approved, or a violation of these terms. You can remove Omarchy from your own server, or stop using the dashboard, at any time by kicking the bot or logging out.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Omarchy after a change means you accept the update.
